Haidilao Hot Pot Century City

Absolutely one of the best hot pot experiences I’ve ever had. Haidilao delivers not just incredible food, but an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The staff is unbelievably attentive and friendly — they truly go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of.The broth options are rich and flavorful, especially the signature spicy mala and tomato broths. The ingredient selection is fresh and high quality — from perfectly marbled beef slices to hand-pulled noodles and a wide variety of vegetables, seafood, and tofu. The dipping sauce bar is next-level, with endless combinations to suit every taste.What really sets Haidilao apart is the attention to detail and the little extras: complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait, phone screen protectors, hair ties, and even a hand massage or manicure service at some locations!

The staff were very kind and hospitable, and service was great! I received my food very quickly and I really loved the food. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and look forward to the next time I come again!!

The hot pot ingredients were fresh, the soup bases were flavorful, and the sauce bar had a great variety. I also loved the small details like the snacks, phone covers, and even hair ties. It truly felt like a premium dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Haidilao is an amazing place for hotpot! The servers are super friendly and make sure you have a great time. I highly recommend the spicy pork soup base—it’s really flavorful and perfect if you like a little spice. One of the best parts is the self-service seasoning bar, where you can mix your own sauces. There’s also a good selection of fruits and a really tasty cake for dessert. Overall, the food is great, and the service is excellent. Definitely worth a visit!

Finally had the courage to do hotpot solo (if you know, you know) and the host gave me a date so I wouldn’t be lonely (10/10 for service lol and I wished I had a giant bag to steal that plushy).Food was good as usual. It is on a higher end price wise compare to other hot pot spots. My bill was a little over 100 (I do have a habit of over ordering though and this included 20% tip). Location is convenient if you’re not in the mood to drive far.

Had an unreal time at Haidilao. Food was spectacular with high quality meat, massive variety and delicious atmosphere. Service was perfect, our waiter was friendly and patient. Atmosphere was great, I felt like I was in another country, it was clean and not loud. Would definitely come back again and with lots of friends.

Everyone should definitely try this hotpot! I have eaten for more than 3 times. I really recommend the tomatoes flavor(I think this is the best tomatoes flavor among all the hotpot brands). The environment is welcoming and clean. Will come here again and remember to reserve a spot sometime :-)

I recently dined at Haidilao and it was outstanding!The moment I entered, the staff's warm welcome made me feel at home. The restaurant was spotless and inviting. The service was top - notch; waiters refilled drinks regularly and offered great food suggestions.The ingredients, from fresh meats to crisp veggies, were of high quality. The customizable sauces added extra flavor. Little touches like hair ties and anti - splash aprons showed their thoughtfulness.In short, Haidilao combines delicious food with excellent service. It's a place I'd happily revisit and recommend to others.
